Terms of Service

These terms apply to wholesale orders placed with Fresh Poultry, a B2B halal chicken supplier based in Karachi, Pakistan. By placing an order via WhatsApp, phone, or our website contact form, you agree to the terms below.

Wholesale Orders & MOQ

Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as listed on our Products page, ranging from 10 kg for offal to 50 kg for whole chicken. Orders below the MOQ may be declined or adjusted in consultation with our sales desk.

Pricing

Rates are market-linked and updated daily based on live poultry farm rates, as shown on our Chicken Rate Today page. The rate confirmed at the time of order placement applies to that order.

Delivery

We aim for same-day delivery across Karachi for orders confirmed within standard business hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday). Delivery windows may shift due to traffic, weather, or exceptional demand; we will notify you via WhatsApp if this happens.

Quality & Halal Standards

All chicken is hand-slaughtered (Zabiha) and cold-chain handled per our Quality & Halal Standards. Any quality concern must be reported at the time of delivery so it can be verified and resolved.

Payment

Payment terms (cash on delivery or agreed credit terms for recurring B2B accounts) are confirmed directly with our sales desk before the first order is fulfilled.
